• Regular Share Secured - funds can be secured from one or more accounts and can be repaid in one lump sum in one year from borrowing (up to 90% of unencumbered shares) or you may make monthly payments for up to a 5 year repayment period (up to 90% of unencumbered shares).
• Share Certificate - funds can be secured by up to 90% of the principal value of a member's share certificate. The term of the loan is determined by the maturity date of the certificate—the loan comes due at the same time the certificate matures.
