Many other financial institutions have made it a practice to sell their customer/member information for profit. LBS Financial has never engaged in this practice, nor has any plans of doing so in the future. We believe that the trust our members have in their Credit Union is our biggest asset, one not worth selling at any price.

We are required by law to notify you annually of our formal policy, which appears below.

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former members to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law.
