LBS Financial Credit Union Announces New Vice President of Loan Administration
Long Beach, CA – May 9, 2022– LBS Financial Credit Union has a new addition to its management team.

Napper. “Courtney’s extensive experience, knowledge of LBS Financial from her previous years of service in a branch leadership role, and over 23 years in key leadership positions will be a great asset to LBS Financial.”

Courtney Higuchi brings a wealth of financial industry experience to LBS Financial Credit Union. She served as the branch manager at LBS Financial’s Newport Mesa branch five years ago and most recently was the Executive Vice President at Pasadena Service Federal Credit Union. Her previous experience includes serving in operational management roles at University of Southern California (USC) Credit Union and Orange County’s Credit Union. She has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, completed an executive master of leadership program through USC, and graduated with honors from Western CUNA Management School.
