Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I want to thank you for being a part of our Credit Union family. Your trust and loyalty drive everything we do and I’m excited to share what’s ahead this year.
In 2024, our Member service scores for quality for service remained high, with 92% of Members rating their experience as highly satisfied among call center, branch, and our bi-annual Member Service surveys. We were pleased to launch a new Long Beach City College (LBCC) debit card and new outdoor ATM on their Liberal Arts Campus. Our new debit card and ATM on campus support our long-time relationship with the college and helps us continue to serve faculty, staff, and students with their financial needs. Our Members can now select from three debit card options with a checking account: the standard blue debit card, the black CSULB Go Beach debit card, and now the new red LBCC debit card.
Looking ahead, 2025 will be a year of continued innovation and commitment to you, our Members. We’re rolling out new enhancements to Online and Mobile Banking early this year that will make the user experience better than ever. We have a new partner, Vanguard Trust Services, to help our Members create quality Revocable Trusts and estate plans at a competitive price. We are especially proud to reach our 90th anniversary this year and look forward to including Members in our plans this September.
