LBS Financial Credit Union Announces New Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Learning & Development

Long Beach, CA – November 15, 2022– LBS Financial Credit Union has a new addition to its senior leadership team.

“We are excited to welcome Jill DeNiro as our new Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Learning & Development,” said LBS Financial President and CEO, Jeffrey Napper. “Jill is highly respected in her field and her knowledge and leadership is proven to ensure organizational performance and increased employee engagement.”

Jill brings with her over 20 years in planning, advisory, and change management. She most recently served as Human Resources Director for Galleher LLC, and previously served as CO-OP Solutions’, a credit union business partner, Executive Vice President of Human Resources. She has an Executive MBA from Chapman University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and graduated from Western CUNA Management School with a Credit Union Management Certification.
