There are a variety of ways to make a payment towards your LBS Financial loan.
LBS EasyPay: Use our LBS EasyPay service to make a one-time or recurring payments to your LBS Financial Consumer loan from an account at another financial institution. There is no fee for this self-service payment channel and it can be accessed from Online and Mobile Banking. Access LBS EasyPay. There is no fee for this service.
Scheduling Recurring Payments through Online or Mobile Banking: You may establish a recurring transfer from your LBS Financial account to your LBS Financial loan. Log in to Online or Mobile Banking to set up your automatic transfer by selecting "Make a Transfer" under the "Transfers & Payments" menu option. There is no fee for this service.
External Transfers: Transfer money from your account outside the Credit Union to your LBS Financial Savings or Checking account using Online and Mobile Banking, then transfer the money to pay your loan from your LBS Financial account. There is no fee for this service.
Make a Payment by phone: You may make a payment from another financial institution to your LBS Financial Credit Union loan by calling 866.923.6404. View our Fee Schedule (insert link). You may also call 800.527.3328 to make a payment from your LBS Financial account to your LBS Financial loan, at no cost to you.
In Person: Visit one of our eight branches or any CO-OP Shared Branch in the United States to drop off your payment. Find a branch or ATM.
Mail: You may pay by mail by sending your check, along with a loan payment coupon or the remittance portion of your monthly billing statement (depending on the type of loan you have) to:
