    Why did I get a request to enter a PIN when making an online purchase?

    Some online transactions may trigger a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) when making a purchase with your LBS Financial debit or credit card. You will be prompted with an on-screen request to enter an OTP and choose a delivery method (email, text or phone call) based on the information you have on file with LBS Financial. Make sure to keep your contact information up to date with us so you will receive the number to enter on screen to complete your transaction.
